Hidden Message From Authorities Found on OiNK.cd

An astute user in the OiNK chat room found this link: http://oink.cd/index2.html

The message reads:

Pedro,

Many thanks for your assistance with this. Please find attached two logos for IFPI & BPI together with text to be displayed on a new homepage on the 'Oink' website. Can the logos be added to the page:

This site has been closed as a result of a criminal investigation by IFPI, BPI, Cleveland Police and the Fiscal Investigation Unit of the Dutch Police (FIOD ECD) into suspected illegal music distribution.

A criminal investigation continues into the identities and activities of the site's users

Many thanks

Keith

That's what I thought as well. There's this guy calling himself Pedro blabbering about his own torrent site in the comments over at torrentfreak.com

Personally, I think this is a clear heads-up to OINKers that "they" know all about Pedro's site.

Looks more like a coincidence.

I could swear that there was a user over at torrentfreak that went by "pedro420" (not pedro drosd or w/e) who was claiming that he went on the oink irc and tried to warn everyone but the mods just kicked him off and banned him from the channel..

I can't find those comments now though. :/

or it's the obvious: Pedro is just an agent who contributed in the operation and knows how to do a website.

Weird. That's way too obvious and silly to be true... but how else did it end up at oink.cd? Hackers hacked the already hacked by the man oink? Who knows, anything is possible.

( But why would they need to leave messages for the guy on a web-servable index2.html, really? How very odd. I still stay it's a fake, although how it got there I'm very curious!)

Hahahah... created with msword... now that's awesome right there.

'S gone now.

Pedro was obviously just somebody who helped with the operation; the investigators "Computer guy" who can make a website look like this:

http://85.17.40.71/
